Nancy Guan is a journalist based in Southeast Georgia. Originally hailing from Los Angeles, she moved to Savannah last March to work as the general assignment reporter for the Savannah Morning News, a Gannett affiliate. She covers local government for Chatham County's seven municipalities as well as other topics that come her way, such as local politics, military issues, public safety, supply chain issues and education. 

Her favorite things to do in her spare time include exploring the flat marshy hikes of the Lowcountry, eating KBBQ and petting the neighborhood's cats.
